Using this type of machine can cut tubing and pipe virtually burr free with a machined like finish at a tolerance of .0005″. The line up of manual and semi-automatic coolant lubricated metal cutoff saws consists of an 11″ and 14″ saw. Each machine has a heavy cast iron base frame with way support system and a cast sawing head that is mounted on a sturdy steel cabinet. The cabinet houses the electrical system, coolant system and has several storage compartments for housing cold saw blades and changeover tooling. A nice sturdy meter long material stop is included and lists inches and metric increments. The coolant sytem uses an industrial grade pump to properly wash away cut chips from the cold saw blade and the material being cut. The coolant system, using a synthetic 10 to 1 mixture extends blade life. Each metal cutting saw offers two cutting speeds to allow for the proper speeds for aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel. The head can swivel or miter up to 60 degrees in one direction and up to 90 degrees in the other direction allowing for 150 degree total swing. The vise is self centering so that the material always starts in the proper position on the blade regardless of the outside diameter of the material being cut. The vise uses a dual clamping system so the cut piece and stock bar or tube are both being held securely throughout the cutting process, which increases blade life. The vise jaws have a diamond groove that allows the cut on square tubing to begin on the pointed edge that increase blade life and speed of cut. A Baileigh metal cutting circular saw is heavily built with a very powerful AC motor coupled to an industrial grade gear box ready to provide decades of consistent sawing.

The UB-5H Universal Bender has the same bending capacities as the #UF-25H less the hydraulic press with its additional bending capabilities. While the #2040 Compact Bender is the most economical machine for making ornamental iron, the #UB-5H can also form those heavier sizes of tubing with optional dies as well as form scrolls, make baskets and twist pickets for decorative iron work. Optional tubing dies allow you to bend up to 1-5/8″ round tubing, up to 1-1/2″ square tubing and up to 1-1/4″ pipe.

Tube Dies, Basket Attachment, Scroll Attachment and Picket Twister are optional.

Home Made Wood Splitter TN.wmv

This is a home made log splitter I made in my spare time. I bought the metal at a scrap yard for $0.15 cents a pound. I used a Lincon 225 welder, Chop saw, hand grinder and a acetylene torch in the build. The frame started with piece of pipe for a axel. Then I welded new hubs on the end. I put used wheels and tires on it. I made a frame out of 2 X 2 square tubing and put a floor on made out of pieces of 1/8″ diamond plate steel. Well you can watch the video for the rest. I want to thank all the people that posted videos on YouTube of their splitters. I watched them before I started mine. I am in Tennessee. This is my first video, so if the quality is bad I am sorry. If you have any questions I will try and answer them.

CP30 Rolling Square Tubing

These machines are used for bending tube, angle, or shapes into coils, circles or large arcs using a wide variety of materials.
