If it’s the drain tube for defrost, where is this tube so I can unclog it?
Brian, I have a side by side and the drain hole in mine is in the botton of the freezer side. I have to take out a bin to access it. If you have top freezer. look in the back of it on the side that your ice cube trays are. It’s a definate hole. Maybe the tubing you speak of needs to be cleaned also. Can’t you find the book to your fridge? It would tell you in there where your drain hole is and how to clean it. I’m sorry I can’t help you more. But, I’ll bet it is the drain hole that is blocked. What does your tube go into? Is it a hole too? You speak of a square tube. Maybe that’s it???
Why does water drain from that square tube coming from the freezer into my fridge, filling it with water?

in order to unclog it you need to take the panels off out of the freezer, and then you’ll find the drain, most likely its froze up and that’s why your getting water in the frig. remove all the panels in the freezer be careful removing the air diverter its made from styrofoam, you’ll see what i’m talking about when you get that far,if you have a hairdryer or heat gun handy this will help in the defrosting,if you have any question feel free to email me through yahoo and i’ll be glad to help you through the process
