which class c motorhomes are built with aluminum or steel square tubing and what year can I go back to get 1?

I am looking for a less expensive class C motorhome that is built with metal rather than a wood structure. Most older RV’s have had some water intrusion so I want to avoid costly structural repairs by avoiding purchasing any wood structured RV.
It can be a class A or C as long as it sleeps 6 or more.
