@budbarker57 The radius of your bend will be determined by the die set you choose. (i.e. a 30º bend and a 123º bend would both have a 4.5″ radius if you bent them on a 4.5″ radius die) The ratchet arm will allow you to bend approximately 35-40º before you’ll need to reset the pin in the die set. So, is the radius of the bend controlled by which degrees and number of times you stop and move the pin? I’ve never operated one of these, but I have a project that will require me to learn.
