How much would you expect a 10k square feet car lot cost?

I wanna know how much do you think a 10,000 square foot car lot will cost? And how about a 28,000 square feet? Do they come with some of the cars? Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

First, they don’t come with cars on them. They also don’t come with any licensing, bonding, insurance, contents, tools, etc.

Second, it’s all about real estate prices – location, location, location. Times Square, NYC, is going to be rather more expensive than NoName, Iowa. You could be looking at anywhere from $5,000 to $5,000,000 or even more.
