How can I figure out how many cubic feet need to be used in a 2300 square foot home?

I need to use a room fogger in my home. In the description it says that one unit treats 6,000 cubic feet. How many units would I have to use for a 2300 square foot home.

if the walls are 8 feet high (standard) then

2300 * 8 OR 18,400 cu feet

so you need at least 3 cans

Good luck

Since you know the footprint of your house (square footage) you’re almost there. The average ceiling height for homes in the US is 8 feet, your house’s ceilings may be higher, use a tape measure to find out.

So take your 2300 square feet and multiply by the ceiling height, let’s say it’s 8 feet. So now you have 18,400 cubic feet of house so I’d say three foggers would do your house.
