Which is Stronger, thin walled brass round or square tubes?
I would agree cylindrical anything should be theoretically strong as they have no corners which tend to gather stress and would consequently incur the strength. I have no source and i am no expert just offering my insight =)

In which book i can find the MS Square tube mechanical properties?
Either a good strength of materials handbook – that of sectional properties at the end. An ASTM data handbook that have material properties tables. A good Engineering data tables book from a library.
